Customers can provide feedback on successful completion of an order. After the order has been completed, they can provide their feedback in the order details page. You can provide your feedback related to Vendor and Carrier services. To provide feedback related to App, please provide it in the Playstore/Appstore.

An order can not be edited if it has been placed. It can only be cancelled till vendor accepts the order.

We have a cancel button in the order details page to cancel the order. But the order can only be cancelled till the order is not been accepted by Vendor and still in Pending status. Once order is accepted by vendor and the status turns into Placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Invoices are currently provided by our vendors. They provide the physical invoices during the delivery of orders.

Bobbledry focuses on standardizing the laundry industry in India by partnering with Vendors who provide good quality services while also focusing in helping and consulting our partners for the same. However, every Vendor themselves are liable for the quality of service they provide on our platform.

To provide better service and better wages to our delivery partners, we have set a minimum value for every order which is 80 Rs.

We charge a minimal pickup and delivery fee which helps us to pay our delivery partners fairly.

Our delivery time depends on the type of service and order. For Laundry, Wash and Fold and Dryclean Standard service is within 5 days and Express service is within 3 Days. For Pressing, Standard service is within 48 Hours and Express service is within 24 Hours.

Our delivery hours are based on the vendor operating hours. Every vendor has its own operating hours which is mentioned in their profile.

Services would be provided based on the address you have selected while placing an order. It is irrespective of the actual location of the customer.

You can add as many addresses to your profile. But for changing a mobile number, you have to create a new profile.
